Welcome to week 1 of the sacred masculinity quest
In this week, we’ll be exploring what brought you to this quest, as well as what is holding you back from living the life you truly want to live. Start with the video below. Although you have access to all the videos for week 1, I recommend taking a couple days between each video so you can give yourself the time to process the lessons and do the necessary work to help you truly start making the changes in your life.

What changes do you want to make in your life in the next 6 weeks? What will you do to maintain that momentum in your life AFTER the 6 weeks?

Journal about the following questions:
Who did you learn to navigate life from? How did they help you prepare for life? How didn’t they help you prepare?
What are some of the behaviors you learned to do as a way to survive? Are those behaviors serving you now or getting in the way of your life?
Shadow Mask Creativity exercise
Create your own shadow masks. What are the shadows in your life that you want to call out? What are the interior messages those shadows are telling you? How do those shadows show up in your life?

What are the covert contracts you’ve set up in your life?
What’s stopped you from speaking up for your own desires and needs?
What behaviors have you engaged in where you have snuck behind someone’s back or done something on the side? Why did you engage in that behavior? How did it make you feel?
What is one need you’ve previously kept hidden that you can bring out into the open and be honest about. Choose one need and advocate for it this week.
